Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or forfeiting your appointment results in the loss of your 50% deposit. I understand sometimes services need rescheduling. By reaching out 24 hours in advance to reschedule 1/2 of your original deposit goes towards your new appointment. To secure your new appointment you will be responsible for an additional 1/2 of the deposit totaling again your initial deposit. This will be requested before the new appointment is scheduled.
I understand situations arise that result in being late. A late fee of $25 will be charged. Late arrival more than 15 minutes may result in your appointment being cancelled or adjusted due to scheduling commitments with other clients.
